Refund policy

At Villionaire, we take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions, eligibility requirements, and procedures applicable to all return and refund requests.

By placing an order with Villionaire, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date confirmed by the courier.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage.
  • All original tags, labels, and Villionaire security seals must remain intact and attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective materials and accessories provided.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or invoice, must be included.

Villionaire reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Altered garments
  • Items with removed or damaged security seals or tags
  • Hygiene-sensitive products where protection has been compromised
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, staining, washing, or odor

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact:

Once approved, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided.

Authorized returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping service. Villionaire is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Inspection & Refunds

All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Refunds may be refused, reduced, or partially issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage
  • Original tags or security seals are missing or altered
  • Original packaging is missing or significantly damaged

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, subject to standard payment provider processing times.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Exchanges

Villionaire currently does not offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to purchase a different size or product may place a new order once an eligible return has been approved.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, Villionaire may arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable return shipping costs.


Sale & Promotional Orders

Sale or promotional items may only be returned if they are not marked as Final Sale.

Where promotional gifts were included with an order, those items may also need to be returned before a full refund can be processed.


International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated fees
  • Customs clearance delays are outside Villionaire’s control
  • Refunds are processed in the original payment currency and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations or payment provider policies

Policy Enforcement

Villionaire reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers displaying excessive or fraudulent return activity.

We also reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
