Processing times may vary during collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or for made-to-order items.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Domestic & International Shipping

Villionaire ships both domestically and internationally through recognized courier partners.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may require time to reflect accurately.

An order is considered successfully delivered once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Villionaire is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking information shows an order as delivered but the package has not been received, customers must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Shipments reported as lost or significantly delayed may be investigated with the courier partner.

Any replacement, refund, or resolution will be determined based on the outcome of the investigation and is not guaranteed.

Return-to-Sender Shipments

Orders returned due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges before re-dispatch.

Villionaire reserves the right to cancel such orders at its discretion.
