Where mandatory laws applicable to your transaction provide rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights will prevail over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.
Contracting with Villionaire
Unless another entity is expressly identified during checkout, purchases made through the website are made with Villionaire Collezzioni Private Limited.

Sizing & Measurements

A customer's selection of an unsuitable size does not, by itself, constitute a product defect.

Certain Villionaire products may be made to order, customized, personalized, altered, or produced according to customer specifications.

Once production has commenced, cancellation or modification may not be possible where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law provides exceptions to ordinary cancellation or withdrawal rights for personalized or made-to-order products, those exceptions may apply.
Any applicable restrictions will be communicated where required before purchase.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your shopping experience.
Depending on the destination and applicable law, displayed prices may include applicable taxes or additional taxes, duties, shipping charges, customs charges, or other costs may apply.

Pricing Errors

Villionaire does not ordinarily store complete payment-card information.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, unauthorized, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend, delay, or cancel the associated order to the extent permitted by law.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to confirm an order or payment.

Orders

You may receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.
Receipt of an acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
A contract is formed when Villionaire expressly accepts the order, ordinarily through an order confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
payment cannot be verified;
fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
quantity restrictions have been exceeded;
automated purchasing is suspected;
unauthorized resale is suspected;
applicable law prevents fulfilment;
sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions prevent fulfilment;
the delivery destination cannot reasonably be serviced;
the customer has materially breached these Terms; or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any amount required to be refunded will be returned using the applicable payment method.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is accepted, Villionaire may provide an order confirmation containing relevant transaction information.
This may include the order number, products purchased, quantities, price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery information, payment information, and other relevant transaction details.
You should review your confirmation promptly and contact us if you identify an apparent error.
Where applicable law requires confirmation in a durable form, we will provide it through an appropriate method.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Once an order enters processing, production, personalization, packing, or dispatch, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Where cancellation rights are legally available, they will be honoured in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.
Promotions & Promotional Codes
Promotions, discount codes, campaign offers, and other incentives may be subject to additional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
promotional codes may not be combined;
promotional codes have no cash value;
promotions may be subject to product or quantity exclusions;
promotions may be limited to specified periods;
promotions do not apply retrospectively to completed orders; and
promotional codes may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, or used fraudulently.
We may withdraw or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary because of technical error, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping & Delivery
Villionaire currently ships worldwide to destinations made available during checkout.
Available delivery methods, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods, and applicable restrictions will be displayed where required.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by courier disruption, transportation delays, customs processing, import restrictions, extreme weather, natural disasters, government action, labour disputes, public emergencies, infrastructure failures, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where applicable law imposes specific obligations concerning delivery, delayed delivery, non-delivery, loss, or damage, those obligations will apply.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Where delivery fails because an inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address was provided, or because the customer fails to provide information reasonably required for delivery, additional costs may arise.
Where legally permitted, additional delivery, return, or re-shipping charges attributable to customer-provided errors may be payable by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, fails to provide required information, or otherwise prevents completion for reasons attributable to the recipient, the carrier may return the shipment.
We may contact the customer to arrange further delivery where reasonably possible.
Where additional costs arise due to circumstances attributable to the customer, those costs may be payable by the customer to the extent permitted by law.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or equivalent taxes, brokerage charges, customs-clearance fees, handling charges, destination-country levies, and other applicable governmental or carrier charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges may be payable by the customer or importer.
Customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported into their destination country.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, restrict, or refuse shipments in accordance with applicable law.
Villionaire cannot guarantee customs clearance.
Export Controls & Sanctions
You must not purchase, use, transfer, or resell Villionaire products in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, embargo, or trade laws.
We may decline or cancel orders where fulfilment would reasonably expose Villionaire or its service providers to legal or regulatory risk.
Risk & Title
Responsibility for loss or damage to a product will pass at the point prescribed by the law governing the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than legally permitted.
Title to a product will transfer according to applicable law and, where permitted, may be subject to receipt of full payment.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
That policy may establish return periods, eligibility requirements, product-condition requirements, exclusions, hygiene requirements, exchange procedures, return shipping responsibilities, refund methods, and processing periods.

These requirements do not override mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you believe a product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not comply with applicable law, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs, proof of purchase, or return of the product for reasonable inspection.
Where a statutory remedy applies, Villionaire will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Product Care
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with their products.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, inappropriate storage, unauthorized alteration, accidents, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
This does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Villionaire belongs to Villionaire or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
This includes trademarks, trade names, logos, brand identity, product names, product designs, photography, video, graphics, written content, artwork, packaging, website design, visual identity, software, marketing materials, and other proprietary or creative works.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Villionaire intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, manufacture, copy, distribute, modify, publish, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Villionaire intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
Product Design Protection
The purchase of a Villionaire product does not grant any right to reproduce the product, manufacture copies, reverse-engineer proprietary construction, reproduce patterns, reproduce artwork, reproduce branding, commercially exploit designs, distribute unauthorized copies, or represent an independently produced copy as an authentic Villionaire product.
Villionaire reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable intellectual-property laws.
Counterfeit & Unauthorized Representation
You must not represent a product, image, design, communication, account, website, social-media profile, or other material as being associated with Villionaire where no such authorization exists.
Villionaire reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized use of its trademarks, designs, imagery, branding, or other intellectual property.
User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, feedback, or other content to Villionaire, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights, have obtained required permissions, and that the content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant Villionaire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and use such content for legitimate editorial, marketing, advertising, promotional, and business purposes.
Where additional consent is legally required, we will obtain it.
Reviews & Ratings
Reviews should represent genuine customer experiences.
You must not submit fabricated reviews, impersonate another person, manipulate ratings, submit unlawful or infringing material, submit reviews in exchange for undisclosed incentives, or otherwise engage in deceptive review practices.
We may moderate, reject, or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Marketing Communications

your violation of applicable law; or
your infringement of third-party rights.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent caused by Villionaire's own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
Fraud & Abuse

Suspension & Termination

This includes provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and other rights or obligations that by their nature survive termination.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Villionaire concerning your use of the website and purchase of products.
Additional terms may apply to particular products, services, promotions, or transactions.
